At Style U Luxe, we strive to offer trendy, affordable jewelry with transparent policies to ensure a smooth experience for both customers and our team.

🚚 Shipping

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours.

Shipping charges are applied at checkout.

Free shipping is available on orders above ₹1199.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier operations.

💳 Payments

We accept Prepaid payments (UPI / Cards / Wallets) and Partial Cash on Delivery (COD).

All payments are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways.

💰 Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

To confirm genuine orders and reduce delivery losses, we may require a partial advance payment for COD orders.

If a COD order is returned to us due to non-acceptance or delivery failure after 3 delivery attempts, the partial COD amount is non-refundable which is taken at the time of checkout.

This amount is used to cover logistics, courier, and handling charges already incurred.

We request customers to place COD orders only if they are confident about accepting the delivery.

💳 Prepaid Order – Non-Acceptance (RTO) Policy

For prepaid orders that are not accepted by the customer and are returned to us after 3 delivery attempts:

A ₹80 Return-to-Origin (RTO) charge will be deducted from the product amount.

The ₹80 deduction covers return shipping and courier handling costs.

🔍 Damage or Order Issues

Due to the nature of jewelry and our affordable pricing

We currently do not offer returns or exchanges.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

Order ID

Clear unboxing video showing our shipping labels, packaging. (no cuts , video should be in 1 go)

Our team will review the issue and provide appropriate assistance.

❗ Important Notes

Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.

Slight variations in colour or finish may occur due to lighting and screen differences.

Prepaid Orders once booked cannot be cancelled.

COD orders Once booked can get cancelled but the upfront amount RS120 is Non- Refundable.
